The following is a guide to paying by Cheque at www.hnp-life.com. If you have any questions or would like assistance - please call us on 0844 855 3222
- Add your order to our Shopping Cart as Normal
- Proceed to our Checkout - When asked for Payment Method
click on the drop down box and choose 'Pay By Cheque'

- On the Receipt Page - Print Out 2 Copies (or in the
absence of a printer make a note of your order number).

- Make Cheque payable to heatandplumb.com ltd
(heatandplumb.com ltd is the parent company of hnp-life.com)
- For Personal Cheques, please write on the back of
your cheque the following information
- Your Home Address
- Your Home Telephone Number
- Your Cheque Guarantee Card Number
- For Business Cheques, please write on the back
of your cheque the following information
- Business Name
- The Name of the Person who holds the cheque book account
- The Business Address
- The Business Telephone Number
- Send your Cheque and Reciept Page (or order number)

- On receipt of your cheque, we will clear funds the same
day and process your order immediately
- Please note there is no service charge when paying by

Please read the following terms and conditions
We use the Transax service, from Certegy Limited, to provide
a warranty to your cheque.
Certegy will record information in relation to any cheque they
are asked to warrant and will use it to decide whether to warrant
future cheques where a subscribing organisation requests this
service from Certegy to help it decide whether to accept a cheque
as payment.
If your cheque is subsequently returned unpaid, we will inform
Certegy and also provide them with any information we hold (including
your name and address). We may assign our rights to collect
a debt to Certegy.
Certegy will use personal data about you (or information about
your company) in order to enable them to collect a debt and
may carry out a credit check where they deem it necessary to
facilitate collection.
Certegy will charge you an administration fee for the collection
of a dishonoured cheque.

Reference Agency they use, or information relating to anything
