The design of the new AmfiBi shower commode chair and is clean-lined and appealing. It is available in four different models. Two standard models have a height adjustable seat with either manual or gas-strut controls. In addition, two tilt models are angle adjustable and are available with either a gas-strut or an electric motor.
Having to sit for a long time in order to wash can become very uncomfortable. The AmfiBi offers long term comfort to the user allowing them to sit in as normal a position as possible; it is easy to adapt to the individual with just a few quick and easy adjustments. The angle adjustable models have a neck support that can be adjusted in height, depth and from side to side. All models have removable, swing-away, fold-up foot supports that can be adjusted in height and angle. The backrest features a ‘spinal release’, which helps prevent pressure on bony prominences and the rounded seat edge contributes to a comfortable leg position and allows good access for washing. Another advantage of the AmfiBi shower commode chair over typical hygiene chairs is the absence of pin-clip height adjustment, reducing time and effort.
